We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display of colours will be accurate. Handmade and hand-dyed fabrics may have slight variations — these are a natural characteristic of authentic artisanal products and not defects.
3. Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you offer to purchase a product subject to these terms. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Payment must be received in full before orders are processed and shipped.
We accept payment through the methods displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely through our payment providers.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We ship to the USA, Canada, UK, and Europe. Shipping times and costs are displayed at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
5. Returns and Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original condition, unwashed and unused.
Custom-cut fabric and sale items are non-returnable unless defective. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrectly sent.
