Return & Refund Policy

At Aroko Designs, customer satisfaction is important to us. We take great care in ensuring that all fabrics and products are accurately described and inspected before shipment.

Returns

We accept returns for eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Cut fabric sold by the yard or meter

  • Customized or made-to-order products

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the item and packaging

We will review the claim and, if approved, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.

Exchanges

We may offer exchanges for defective or damaged items when replacement stock is available.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process outlined above.
